PM Closed Sundays Key Responsibilities:

Register as the supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge with the state board of pharmacy. Ensure the pharmacy complies with federal, state, board of pharmacy regulations, and company policies. Manage the entire pharmacy department's operations to meet financial targets, including budgeting, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory. Drive business development within the store and the broader community. Supervise and manage pharmacy support personnel, including performance reviews and training. Guide and hold pharmacy associates accountable for adherence to regulatory and company standards and ensure all required training is completed. Participate actively in patient-centered services such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness programs. Counsel patients and medical providers on medication use, dosage, drug interactions, and side effects, and monitor patient progress to optimize therapy outcomes. Maintain continuous quality improvement programs to enhance patient safety. Apply professional judgment to deliver exemplary pharmacy services. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and pharmacy facility in accordance with legal and company standards. Complete continuing education as required by state law. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Licensed pharmacist in New York State (required). Immunization certification with the ability to administer all vaccines (required). Recent experience as a Pharmacy Manager is preferred.
