Oversee daily operations of the retail pharmacy to ensure efficiency and compliance with all regulatory guidelines Manage pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and controlled substances Provide exceptional patient care by counseling customers on medication use and health management Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes Implement and uphold safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Licensed Pharmacist with current state pharmacy license Proven experience in retail pharmacy settings, preferably with management experience Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively Skilled in inventory management and prescription processing systems This contract to hire opportunity is ideal for pharmacy professionals ready to step into a leadership role and contribute to a high-performing retail pharmacy.
