Full Job Description Overview:
Pharmacy Integrations Specialist Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers. We are currently hiring a Pharmacy Integrations Specialist to join our team! We are looking for an Pharmacy Integrations Specialist who can use strong project management principles to guide pharmacy operations and facility operations through an integration project plan, all the while centering patient safety as the number one priority.
Responsibilities and Duties include:
Managing all types of integration projects (new customer onboarding, current customer transitions from one eMAR to another, current customers moving from non-integrated to integrated, etc). Serve as primary pharmacy contact for customers and vendors on eMAR integration projects, attending kick off calls, training calls, establishing connections, and validating connections On these projects, serve as Project Manager, responsible for maintaining appropriate Consonus documentation of activity (internal project plan), coordinating internal parties where necessary, and ensuring proper communication takes place. Perform certification testing and documentation on new or existing integrations and/or in the context of upgrades; provide recommendations based on experience and expertise for if and how to incorporate technology into portfolio Perform system health checks and monitoring Keep ePharmacy policy and procedures, guides, and technical documentation up to date Train internal staff on key ePharmacy concepts Research and respond to escalated ePharmacy concerns Our robust Benefits include: Medical/Dental/Vision insurance Employer-Issued Life & Long-Term Disability Insurance for Full-Time employees Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Critical Care and AD&D Coverage 401K With Employer Match Flex Spending for
Medical & Dependent Care Qualifications:
Active Pharmacy Technician License in appropriate state Experience in customer service and project management preferred Experience in pharmacy order management and admissions preferred Experience working with FWECM, DocuTrack, OnBase, or other document software systems Experience with Microsoft products including Outlook, Teams, and Planner preferred
