Key Responsibilities:

Build collaborative relationships with store leadership and pharmacy staff to align department goals. Oversee accurate prescription processing and compliance with state and federal regulations. Manage inventory, track sales, and implement clinical programs, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management. Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy associates, directing training, coaching, and performance management. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high service standards. Maintain pharmacy security and cleanliness. Prioritize tasks such as cycle counts, inventory control, and will-call management to ensure operational efficiency.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree. Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License. Valid Pennsylvania Immunization License. Experience in retail pharmacy management and a strong understanding of pharmacy operations.

Work Schedule:

Variable day and afternoon shifts. Typical 10-hour shifts (9 AM
