Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire A full-time Pharmacy Manager position is available at a retail location in Williamsport, PA. This direct hire role involves managing pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and driving business growth through clinical programs and exceptional customer service.
D. degree. Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License. Current Pennsylvania Immunization License. Experience managing retail pharmacy operations is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with store operations to align pharmacy goals and engage associates. Ensure prescription accuracy through Drug Utilization Review and Quality Assurance processes. Manage inventory and work with the district manager to maximize profits and meet customer demands. Align department performance with key metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Provide healthcare counseling and resolve customer issues to build trust and loyalty. Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, including training and development. Maintain pharmacy security and cleanliness. Interact with physicians and utilize references to address prescription-related issues. Prioritize and complete pharmacy tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and will-calls.Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree. Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License. Current Pennsylvania Immunization License. Experience managing retail pharmacy operations is preferred.
