$62/hour Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist/Working Director of Pharmacy (DOP) for a 13-week contract assignment at a critical access hospital in Oregon. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on inpatient pharmacy duties in a collaborative, low-census environment. Ideal for candidates who enjoy autonomy and a patient-focused setting. Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM No on-call requirements Key Responsibilities Serve as Working Director of Pharmacy, overseeing daily operations Perform inpatient staff pharmacist duties Manage and support pharmacy workflows with a small team (2 technicians daily) Verify and check IV medications prepared by pharmacy technicians Perform sterile compounding as needed Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards Utilize Cerner for order entry and Omnicell for medication dispensing Qualifications (Required) Active Oregon Pharmacist License Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience Pharmacy management or leadership experience Sterile compounding experience Strong organizational and communication skills
