The position is a direct hire opportunity based in Warsaw, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations to promote efficient and effective medication use. Lead and develop pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clinical initiatives and patient care. Manage budgeting, inventory control, and procurement activities to optimize resources. Implement policies and procedures to advance pharmacy services and operational excellence.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
