Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations to promote efficient and effective medication use. Lead and develop pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clinical initiatives and patient care.
