Hospital Pharmacy Director - Warrenton, Virginia

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available for an Interim Director of Pharmacy at a 100-bed community hospital in Northern Virginia, located within easy commuting distance to the DC metro area. This role offers Monday through Friday day shift hours, providing a consistent and balanced work schedule. This position involves managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department, including supervising pharmacy staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and participating in relevant meetings to align pharmacy practices with hospital objectives. The hospital's average daily census ranges from 20 to 40 patients, offering a focused yet dynamic environment for pharmacy leadership.

Key responsibilities include:
