Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire A new permanent opportunity is available for a Senior Manager to lead Inpatient Pharmacy Operations at a major healthcare facility. This leadership role is based in a well-established location and focuses on overseeing pharmacy services to ensure optimal patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and direct inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices. Lead and mentor pharmacy staff to promote professional development and high-quality service delivery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve medication safety, inventory management, and overall pharmacy processes. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance pharmacy operations and patient outcomes.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager, preferably within inpatient settings. Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication management, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and drive performance. Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
Location:
The position is located in Capitol Hill. This is a direct hire opportunity that offers stability and the chance to make a significant impact on pharmacy services within a respected healthcare organization.
