Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center is hiring a board-certified oncology pharmacist (BCOP) to support hematology-oncology and infusion services in Vancouver, Washington. The role centers on regimen review, therapy optimization, and protocol development alongside medical oncologists. Responsibilities The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the site-specific coordination of clinical and quality improvement activities. The Clinical Coordinator will participate as a member of a clinical team, composed of Clinical Coordinators from each Legacy hospital, and the Manager for Clinical/Quality Improvement. The team will design, implement and evaluate all activities related to the drug formulary, drug therapy monitoring, and professional development on a Legacy-wide basis.
Qualifications Education:
As required by licensure. Residency training preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of two years of experience in hospital practice required (five years preferred). Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions. PI284545605
