PM Key Responsibilities:
Dispense and verify prescription medications with accuracy. Manage long-term care and retail pharmacy operations. Counsel patients on medication therapy and health maintenance. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Wisconsin Pharmacist License (Act 10 candidates considered). PharmD degree preferred or MTM certification. Immunization certification required. Current CPR certification. Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice in retail and long-term care environments.
