Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist - Retail Job Type Contract To Hire A retail pharmacy group operating multiple locations throughout Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Staff Pharmacist in Ladysmith, WI, with potential opportunities in nearby towns. This position is ideal for pharmacists ready to provide excellent patient care in community pharmacy settings, with support from an established network of nine retail pharmacies.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; no weekend shifts
Position Overview:
The current pharmacist in Ladysmith will be retiring soon, creating an opening for a dedicated pharmacist to ensure uninterrupted pharmaceutical services. Additionally, coverage needs exist in Cornell where the previous pharmacist has recently retired. Candidates open to some travel between locations within the region will have expanded opportunities for placement and scheduling flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently in compliance with state and federal laws Counsel patients on medication use and potential side effects Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes Maintain inventory and ensure the pharmacy meets regulatory standards Support pharmacy operations to deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Valid Wisconsin Pharmacist license (required) Recent graduates encouraged to apply Open to diverse backgrounds within pharmacy practice
