•Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract A one-year contract opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist to support a specialty pharmacy in La Crosse, WI. This role requires expertise in both retail and long-term care pharmacy settings, offering varied daily responsibilities in a well-established pharmacy environment.

PM Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive retail and long-term care pharmacy duties Counsel patients on medication use and therapy management Verify prescriptions for accuracy and compliance with regulations Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical supplies

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Wisconsin pharmacist license (candidates eligible under Act 10 will be considered) Immunization certification CPR certification Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Experience in retail and specialty pharmacy settings preferred This position is ideal for pharmacists seeking a dynamic role with exposure to various aspects of pharmacy practice within a specialty pharmacy setting.
