The Pharmacy Technician Specialist- Sterile Compounding serves as a technical expert within sterile compounding operations and supports the pharmacy's compliance with
USP , USP
, and applicable state and federal regulations. This role provides advanced oversight of cleanroom processes, environmental monitoring coordination, and competency validation activities to ensure safe, accurate, and compliant sterile medication preparation. The Specialist partners with pharmacy leadership to strengthen regulatory readiness, enhance workflow efficiency, and promote a culture of quality and patient safety. This position functions as a mentor and resource for sterile compounding staff and plays a key role in continuous improvement initiatives within sterile operations.Required Education:
