• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Support the pharmacist in various duties, as directed, including answering calls, ringing up customers, and performing prior authorizations
• Perform intake functions for prescriptions and patient demographic information
• When necessary, safely and efficiently operate a company-owned delivery vehicle to transport prescriptions to customers
• Work with pharmacy staff to create delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered

EXPERIENCE

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Familiarity with Liberty Pharmacy Software (now Pharmacy One) a plus
• Clean driving record
• Familiarity with route driving and navigating using GPS systems or maps

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills
• Compassion and the desire to help people
• Either currently holding an Arkansas Pharmacy Technician certification or eligible to receive one within the first 30 days of employment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
