This direct hire opportunity is based in Phoenix, AZ, offering a Monday to Friday shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (post-training), with a required rotation of weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

Accurately enter new and refill medication orders into the pharmacy software system Monitor and track medication delivery status Provide exceptional telephonic customer service, consulting with patients, providers, and pharmacies Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate medication fulfillment Review reports to identify and resolve medication order concerns promptly Support pharmacy run times and exceed customer and colleague expectations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
