Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician to provide coverage during a maternity leave at a 100-bed nonprofit hospital. The assignment begins in mid-May and spans approximately 13 weeks, with potential for temp-to-hire placement. This role supports inpatient pharmacy operations utilizing Allscripts and Omnicell systems. Candidates should hold a valid Arizona pharmacy technician license and have prior inpatient experience. Flexibility with scheduling is essential.

Schedule options include:

7 consecutive nights on followed by 7 days off Four 10-hour shifts, 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare and dispense medications in accordance with hospital protocols Utilize Allscripts and Omnicell systems for medication management and documentation Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure safe and effective medication delivery Maintain inventory and assist with stocking pharmacy supplies Uphold compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications:
