Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting pharmacists in providing quality patient care and ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications. Your expertise in critical care, medication administration, and patient service will contribute to the overall success of our pharmacy.
Duties:
  • Prepare and package medications for dispensing
  • Assist in the inventory management of medications and supplies
  • Maintain accurate patient records and prescription information
  • Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure proper medication dosages and interactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
  • Utilize medical terminology to accurately communicate with healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician program
  • Active Pharmacy Technician license or certification (state-specific)
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices with DiGital Rx experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks
