Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 4 years of pharmacy technician experience required. Must be licensed or registered (if required by the state). Successful enrollment and completion of the AltaMed designated training course within 6 months of hire (if licensure and/or training course is required by the state). Previous healthcare or pharmacy technician experience is preferred. A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
