Job Description:

We are a growing dermatology practice seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician to oversee in-office dispensing operations. This role supports daily workflow, compliance, inventory management, and staff training across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily dispensing operations Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations Manage inventory and medication ordering Train and support staff Assist with prior authorizations and prescriptions Ensure accurate documentation and audits Travel between clinic locations as needed

Requirements:

Active California Pharmacy Technician license 2+ years of pharmacy experience Leadership or lead experience preferred Strong knowledge of prior authorizations Dermatology or specialty pharmacy experience a plus Ability to travel between locations
