The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting pharmacy operations, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of service and care. This position requires strong communication skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and a commitment to patient service within a hospital or acute care setting. Duties Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications while adhering to safety protocols. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and assisting with prescription orders. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in managing stock levels of medications and supplies. Utilize medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and patients. Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques during the preparation of IV infusions and other sterile products. Support patient care initiatives by collaborating with healthcare teams in critical care settings. Keep the pharmacy area organized, clean, and compliant with health regulations. Requirements Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in medication dispensing. Spanish and Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients Is required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
