In this role, you will assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications, provide excellent customer service to patients, and help maintain accurate records and inventory within the pharmacy. Key Responsibilities Assist the pharmacist with preparing and dispensing prescription medications Accurately enter prescription information into the pharmacy system Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients Process insurance claims and resolve billing issues when possible Answer phone calls and assist customers with prescription questions or refill requests Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all pharmacy regulations Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking medications and supplies Ensure the pharmacy workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Pharmacy Technician certification required Retail pharmacy experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software
