The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the pharmacy operations, ensuring high standards of patient care and medication management. This position requires a strong commitment to patient service, medical terminology knowledge, and proficiency in aseptic techniques. Experience in Pharmacy setting would be preferred, with Duties Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to patients in accordance with established protocols. Perform medication intake and review prescriptions for accuracy and completeness. Provide patient care by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding medications.. Maintain accurate records of medication administration and inventory management. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes in acute care settings. Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with patients and staff. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols within the pharmacy. Qualifications Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and critical care practices is essential. Strong skills in patient service and patient care, with a focus on enhancing the patient experience. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and healthcare team members.
