The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting pharmacists in delivering high-quality patient care in our retail setting known for its quality of service. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, Medications, Pharmacy workflow and techniques to ensure the safe and effective dispensing while maintaining the quality of service. Duties Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications. Provide customer service in safe and HIPPA compliant way under the supervision of Pharmacist on duty. Help Maintain accurate prescription records and medication profiles to ensure effective medication management. Provide exceptional patient care by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience-both in person and over the phone. Requirements Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare providers. Ability to work in a medium to fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
