Qualifications and Skills:

High School diploma or equivalent required Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office preferred Bilingual Meticulous attention to detail Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and prioritization abilities Contribute to maintaining a positive and solution-oriented workplace culture Adhere to company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements Training & Development Eligible to participate in the Pharmacy Technician Training Program after meeting performance and attendance requirements Training may include pharmacy operations, medication handling procedures, and technician certification preparation Opportunity to transition into a Pharmacy Technician role upon successful completion of training and required licensing/certification steps Career Path This position is intended as a stepping-stone into a Pharmacy Technician role.
