Overview The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for managing all aspects of medication orders, tracking, and compliance while supporting the operational needs of the company. This role ensures the accurate and timely processing of prescriptions, coordinates medication deliveries, and maintains regulatory standards. Additionally, the individual will coordinate with internal teams to enhance efficiency and service quality. Excellent customer service skills combined with a commitment to patient care and maintaining confidentiality are vital for success in this role. Duties Track, manage, and verify medication orders, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance. Assist account manager in maintaining strong relationships between clinics and the company. Provide administrative support such as data entry, reporting, and documentation. Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws, including drug regulation standards, medical terminology accuracy, and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with EMR systems. Ability to work and collaborate in a team setting.
