09/02/2026 Job Description Job Description Trust Pharmacy is a family-owned pharmacy group proudly serving the Tampa Bay community through our retail, compounding, and long-term care pharmacy services. We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team and help us deliver exceptional patient care. If you are passionate about healthcare, teamwork, and making a difference in patients' lives, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately Enter prescriptions into the pharmacy system Prepare and label medications, including packaging and filling Support long-term care medication preparation (bubble packs/blister packaging preferred) Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Assist with inventory management and medication ordering Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety procedures
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of experience Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License (Required) Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred Experience in Retail or Long-Term Care Pharmacy preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience with pharmacy software systems preferred Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus): Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience Experience with blister packaging or medication carts Familiarity with eMAR systems Inventory and ordering experience Why Join Trust Pharmacy?
