ABOUT THE ROLE
At PharmCo Rx, our Pharmacy Technicians are the backbone of our daily operations. Working under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will play a key role in dispensing medications accurately, supporting patients with professionalism, and keeping the pharmacy running smoothly. Prepare, count, label, and dispense prescription medications accurately under pharmacist supervisionProcess third-party insurance claims and collect patient co-paymentsMaintain accurate patient profiles, prescription records, and inventory logsCommunicate professionally with physicians, patients, and insurersSupport front-end operations including greeting customers, answering phones, and assisting with OTC product locationKeep the pharmacy environment clean, organized, and fully stockedComply with all applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, and HIPAA guidelines ????????????????????????????????????????SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

High school diploma or equivalentCreole speaking candidates HIGHLY PREFERREDActive Pharmacy Technician License from the Board of Pharmacy in the state of employmentKnowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and medical terminologyAbility to stand for long periods of time; ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.Proficiency in computer skills and pharmacy software systemsAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English
