Job Description
Overview The Medication Reconciliation Pharmacy Technician is responsible for accurately performing medication histories upon admission, med history entry into electronic data base, and all basic pharmacy technician functions in a timely manner.
Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma/GED Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Valid State Registered Pharmacy Technician license (in good standing)
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CFHT) within 12 months of hire
- Medication History Certificate (PTCB) within 12 months of hire
Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand
