Responsibilities:
Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times. Clarify orders as needed
Qualifications:
Active GA Department of Health, Pharmacy Technician Licensed required Previous experience in pharmacy LTC pharmacy experience preferred Knowledge of brand name and generic medications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Moderate to advanced computer skills required Great telephone etiquette a must Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus High school diploma or equivalent
Shift :
2:30pm-11:00pm with rotating weekends and holidays.
