Sandy Springs, GA Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Pharmacy Technician License Full Job Description Our Company SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services. Responsibilities Assist the Narcotics Pharmacist Supervisor with daily functions. Experience working Controlled Drugs (Narcotics) room. Maintains floor stock, restocking, removal of expired medications in a timely manner. Assist in processing returned drugs and recycle/dispose per procedure. Rotate stock of medication areas to assure quality controls. Prepack for floor bulk prescribed medications. Package fill and ship medications. Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies. Complies with departmental policies regarding safety, attendance, and dress code. Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies. Team player and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy. Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Licensed GA Pharmacy Technician required. High School diploma or equivalent. Previous pharmacy experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be reliable and execute multiple tasks assigned. Basic Math and computer skills. Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus.
