Responsibilities include entering prescription information, preparing medications for pharmacist review, assisting patients at the pharmacy counter, operating pharmacy technology systems, handling phone inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role helps ensure a safe, organized, and efficient pharmacy environment while complying with all state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to providing high-quality service that supports the mission of Lawndale Christian Health Center. High school diploma or equivalent required. Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with diverse patients, staff, and providers. Pharmacy technician experience or formal training is preferred. Applicants must hold, or be actively pursuing, an Illinois Pharmacy Technician license. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
