Iv Pharmacy Technician

Title:

Compounding Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities Prepare sterile IV medications in accordance with USP 797 standards. Compound infusion therapies using a Laminar Flow Hood or Sterile Glovebox. Perform sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance of the IV room and equipment. Track and maintain infusion supplies and equipment. Follow all state and federal pharmacy regulations, including HIPAA Support workflow needs and collaborate with pharmacy staff. Adhere to departmental policies on safety, attendance, and dress code. Work overtime, holidays, or weekends as needed. Required Skills Pharmacy technician license Pharmacy technician certification Compounding and IV compounding experience Data entry proficiency

Environment:

M-F with rotating weekends 12:30pm-9pm, EOW 9:30am-6pm.. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed based on business needs Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Grange, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.84 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
