Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock replenishment and proper storage of medications in accordance with hospital policies. Provide exceptional patient service by answering medication-related questions and supporting patient care initiatives. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely medication administration and optimal patient outcomes. Maintain detailed documentation of medication preparation, administration, and inventory activities to ensure regulatory compliance. Experience Proven pharmacy technician experience in hospital or acute care settings, with a focus on LTC pharmacy or critical care environments preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication safety protocols, and aseptic techniques essential for handling sterile preparations. Experience with IV infusion therapies and medication administration within hospital or clinical settings is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments requiring attention to detail and adherence to strict protocols.
