Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract To Hire A dynamic opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician with a strong background in customer service and pharmacy operations. Fishers, IN Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (with occasional weekend or evening hours as needed)

Contract to Hire Key responsibilities include: Managing inbound client calls with professionalism and accuracy Entering prescription orders and verifying insurance details Maintaining inventory control and coordinating communication between clients, doctors, and pharmacists Providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction Assisting customers with their pharmaceutical needs, maintaining high service standards Desired qualifications: Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience Indiana Pharmacy Technician License required Strong data entry skills and attention to detail Proven ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers and healthcare professionals Relevant certifications in healthcare management or customer service are a plus This role offers the chance to contribute to a client-focused pharmacy team while enhancing professional skills in a fast-paced setting.
