Performing sterile and non-sterile compounding to prepare medications accurately and safely Restocking automated medication dispensing systems (Pyxis machines) Fielding incoming calls into the pharmacy and providing prompt assistance Delivering medications to patient care floors as needed Pulling expired medications and maintaining proper inventory control Ideal candidates will possess: An active Indiana Pharmacy Technician license or the ability to obtain one promptly Minimum of 2 years current hospital experience in a similar role Hands-on experience with sterile compounding procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance Effective communication and teamwork skills
