Job Description

Overview Join our healthcare team as a Pharmacy Technician, where your expertise will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of pharmacy services. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in diverse clinical settings, including LTC (Long-Term Care) and Retail Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be at the forefront of medication management and patient service, contributing directly to positive health outcomes. Your dedication and technical skills will support pharmacists and healthcare providers in providing safe, efficient, and compassionate care to patients. Responsibilities Prepare and dispense medications accurately under pharmacist supervision. Assist with medication intake and medication administration processes to ensure timely delivery of pharmaceuticals. Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, clarifying medication instructions, and supporting patient care initiatives. Support critical care and acute care teams by delivering medications swiftly and accurately in high-pressure environments. Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment and safety standards at all times. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate medication reconciliation, intake assessments, and documentation accuracy. Qualifications No pharmacy technician experience required. We can help get you Registered and Certified with appropriate boards. Be able to work as part of a team Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional patient service with compassion and professionalism. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Pay:
$13.00 - $20.00 per hour
