Header Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Pharmacy Technician, where your expertise will support safe medication dispensing, patient care, and regulatory compliance. This vital role involves collaborating with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate medication preparation, patient service, and adherence to all state and federal pharmacy laws. Your dedication will directly impact patient outcomes and contribute to a compassionate, efficient pharmacy environment. Header Duties Manage medication inventory, perform data entry into pharmacy software systems, and ensure proper storage and documentation of pharmaceuticals. Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions, processing prescriptions, and maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with healthcare regulations. Conduct pharmaceutical calculations to verify dosages and ensure safe medication administration for diverse patient populations. Support community pharmacy operations by managing intake, verifying prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with drug regulation standards. Maintain accurate records for pharmaceutical regulatory compliance, including drug regulation documentation and adherence to state healthcare regulations. Header Qualifications . Knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations, medical terminology, and pharmacological medical terminology. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required; additional certifications related to pharmaceutical regulatory compliance are advantageous. Familiarity with pharmacy software systems, data entry processes, and maintaining patient confidentiality is essential. Demonstrated understanding of state and federal pharmacy laws, drug regulation policies, and medical terminology relevant to pharmacy practice. Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
