Pharmacy Technicians are required to adhere to all applicable Federal and State regulations, United States Pharmacopeia (USP) standards, and to Birds Hill Pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

8-10 hours per day, 4-5 days per week. (Includes 1-2 Saturdays per month)
Hours of Operation:
8AM
  • 6PM Monday
  • Friday, 9AM

PM Saturday Open Positions:
Non Sterile Lab Technician
  • Prepares various dosage forms of non-sterile preparations according to a Master Formulation or Compounding Record with precision and accuracy under direct supervision of the Compounding Pharmacist.
Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Pharmacy experience, preferred Registered by the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy Certification, preferred General Abilities Punctuality and reliability are a must Ability to stand up to 10 hours Ability to use hands and fingers to grasp objects and/ or perform repetitive hand motions for a sustained period of time Ability to read, interpret, and adhere to documents including but not limited to; Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Compounding Records, operating and maintenance instructions, and other procedure manuals. Familiarity with pharmaceutical measurement conversions and simple pharmaceutical calculations
