Key responsibilities:
- Preparation and compounding of sterile and nonsterile products
- hazardous drug handling
- Maintaining the pharmacy clean room suite to USP797 requirements
- Maintaining the non sterile suite to
USP795 & 800
requirements- Documentation of IV admixture and clean room suite sterility testing
- Complete order entry and refills under the supervision of the pharmacist
- Inventory management and storage, complete appropriate documentation, such as labels, log sheets and reports
- Picking, and packing backend non compounded products Schedule Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-4:00 Fiday 9:30-6:00pm EST Required Qualifications Active Maryland Pharmacy Technician License 6 Months of pharmacy experience required OR graduate of a pharmacy program
- Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician Preferred Qualifications IV compounding experience or completion of a program or school where you were trained in IV compounding USP 795 knowledge USP 800 knowledge USP 797 knowledge Microsoft office knowledge Excel, outlook, word Education Verifiable High school diploma or GED Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.
