Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This role will primarily support non-sterile compounding operations while also assisting with day-to-day pharmacy workflow. Responsibilities Prepare and compound non-sterile medications in accordance with USP guidelines Accurately measure, mix, and label compounded prescriptions Maintain compounding records and logs Assist with prescription filling and workflow management Provide excellent customer service, including ringing up patients and answering phones Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization of the compounding lab and pharmacy Requirements Active Maryland Pharmacy Technician License (required) Minimum 1 year of compounding experience (required) Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications National certification (CPhT) Experience in an independent or compounding pharmacy setting What We Offer Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for growth into a full-time role Competitive pay based on experience Schedule Approximately 24 hours per week Flexible scheduling (to be discussed during interview) How to
