This role involves supporting pharmacy operations in various clinical environments, including LTC (Long-Term Care), hospital, and acute care settings. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and dispense medications accurately in accordance with physician orders and pharmacy protocols Assist pharmacists with medication inventory management, including stock replenishment and expiration tracking Support IV infusion procedures by maintaining aseptic technique and sterile compounding standards Perform medication intake procedures, verifying prescriptions against patient records and medical terminology Ensure compliance with hospital policies, including aseptic techniques and medication safety protocols Provide exceptional patient service by addressing medication-related inquiries professionally Document medication administration details accurately within electronic health records Collaborate with healthcare teams to support critical care and acute care patient needs Maintain detailed records of medication preparation, dispensing, and administration activities Adhere strictly to safety standards related to medication handling and patient care

Experience:
