Support patient service initiatives by accurately processing prescriptions, verifying patient information, and maintaining patient confidentiality in compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws. Perform pharmacy software operations for prescription processing, medication dispensing, and record keeping to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency. Ensure pharmaceutical regulatory compliance by following community pharmacy protocols, including drug regulation policies and medical terminology standards. Maintain detailed documentation of all pharmacy activities, including intake records, drug accountability logs, and incident reports to support audit readiness. Requirements Current certification as a Pharmacy Technician from an accredited program with active licensure or registration as required by state healthcare regulations. We are willing to train for the certification test. Prior experience is beneficial but not required. We will provide all necessary training in pharmacy software systems for data entry, prescription processing, and inventory management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced setting in a community pharmacy while maintaining attention to detail.
