- Prepare and fill prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
- Process prescription orders accurately and maintain patient records.
- Submit insurance claims and resolve routine billing issues.
- Receive, stock, organize, and manage pharmacy inventory.
- Assist with medication distribution and prescription pick-up.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
- Communicate professionally with English- and Spanish-speaking patients and staff.
- Follow all pharmacy policies, safety standards, and state and federal regulations.
- Support daily pharmacy operations as needed.
Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current Pharmacy Technician Registration with the NC Board of Pharmacy.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, math, and customer service skills.
Preferred:
- One or more years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
- Experience with pharmacy insurance billing.
- Retail or ambulatory pharmacy experience.

- Full-time (40 hours/week) Physical Requirements This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, repetitive hand movements, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds (40 pounds with assistance).
