Day-to-Day Responsibilities + Fill and prepare prescription orders for pharmacist verification + Label, package, and document medications accurately + Pack and ship completed prescriptions to patients + Maintain inventory levels and organize medication supplies + Operate automated dispensing equipment and pharmacy technology systems + Replenish packaging materials, labels, vials, and workstation supplies + Support daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality standards + Follow all pharmacy regulations, state requirements, and safety procedures + Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and leadership to ensure smooth operations + Assist with occasional overtime and rotating Saturday coverage as needed What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Active PTCB Certification (CPhT) or equivalent national certification Active North Carolina Board of Pharmacy Registration Previous Pharmacy Technician experience in retail, hospital, specialty, mail-order, or healthcare settings Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting throughout the workday Willingness to support occasional overtime and rotating Saturdays Bonus Points If You Have + Experience with pharmacy fulfillment operations + Inventory management experience + Knowledge of pharmacy automation systems + Strong organizational and multitasking skills + A positive, team-oriented mindset What the Work Environment Is Like This role is based in a modern pharmacy facility in Charlotte, where you'll work alongside a team of experienced Pharmacy Technicians and pharmacy leaders focused on delivering medications efficiently and accurately. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
