Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Per Diem This opportunity is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to support daily operations at a healthcare site in Asheville, NC. This per diem position offers consistent weekday shifts with a focus on accuracy, customer service, and medication distribution.
Location:
Asheville, NC (near Weaverville)
Schedule:
Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (8.5 hours each day)
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately distribute prescription medications as directed by physicians and healthcare providers Provide clear and helpful information to customers regarding medications and their proper usage Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for patients and staff Assist in maintaining pharmacy compliance and inventory management as needed
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Valid North Carolina Pharmacy Technician License Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred Strong communication skills with attention to detail and patient safety This role is perfect for a licensed Pharmacy Technician looking to contribute to quality patient care on a flexible per diem schedule.
