Enters information into the computer database as required by law and follows all cash handling policies and procedures. Ensure accurate cash, check and credit card transactions. Answers telephone and refer caller to appropriate personnel when needed Responsible for maintaining the front end of the pharmacy. Assists with stock maintenance to ensure that quality drug products and supplies are available when needed. Performs or assists with stocking and inventory of supplies and products, which includes unpacking, inspecting items for damage, and ensuring products have accurate pricing and are put away correctly. Assists with or sets up merchandise displays and reconciles merchandise orders. May perform packaging, mailing, and cashiering for mailed prescriptions. Adheres to general pharmacy standards to promote a cooperative work environment through communication and team building.

What You Will Need:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Certification / Registration
