Full-Time / Part-time Terry Drugs is looking for an experienced, dependable Licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our team. We are looking for more than just a technician — we want someone who can take ownership of day-to-day pharmacy operations, help lead workflow, stay organized, and proactively make sure things get done. Qualifications Active New Jersey Pharmacy Technician license/registration required CPhT preferred Pharmacy technician experience required; independent pharmacy experience is a major plus Micro Merchant / PrimeRx experience is a major plus Strong prescription typing and data-entry skills Experience with insurance billing, claim rejections, inventory, and medication ordering preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative Responsibilities Enter and process prescriptions accurately Assist pharmacists with daily prescription workflow Process insurance claims and troubleshoot rejections Communicate with patients, prescribers, and insurance companies Coordinate refills, pickups, and deliveries Manage medication ordering, inventory, returns, and out-of-stocks Help organize and prioritize daily pharmacy tasks Assist with training and supporting other technicians Maintain an efficient, organized, and patient-focused pharmacy environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a leader who takes initiative and ownership .
