Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician - IV Certified Job Type Direct Hire Seeking experienced IV Pharmacy Technicians for evening shifts in a closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) facility. This direct hire opportunity is based in the Cherry Hill, New Jersey area, offering a stable role where your sterile compounding skills will be essential.

Responsibilities:

Prepare intravenous (IV) medications using strict aseptic techniques to ensure medication sterility Perform thorough quality assurance checks on all compounded products Manage medication inventory efficiently to maintain adequate stock levels Ensure all operations comply with USP 797 standards and applicable regulations Utilize Frameworks software system (training provided if needed) Handle a volume of approximately 600 prescriptions per day

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM Rotating every other weekend

Qualifications:

Active and clear New Jersey Pharmacy Technician license required PTCB certification preferred but not mandatory Proven sterile compounding experience mandatory, specifically in IV preparation This role is ideal for professionals passionate about sterile compounding and patient safety within pharmacy operations.
