QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or Equivalent Training/Experience Demonstrated aptitude or competence in mechanical repairs, cleaning, and other maintenance/custodial tasks. Satisfactory health status as certified by a physician. Required Criminal History Background Check and proof of U.S. Citizenship. Acceptable references. Range:

$1,000 - $2,000 per year Twenty Vacation Days, Twelve Paid Sick days, Two Personal Days, Five Death-in-Family days given annually. Eligibility for enrollment in 403b Tax Shelter Annuity Plans and Roth Plans.
